Common questions
The result doesn't look like my baby
Try again — each generation is unique, and most come out great. Clear, well-lit photos where your baby's face is fully visible work best. Ultra mode (in settings) uses a more advanced model that's even better at preserving little faces.
Photo upload issues
Make sure your photo is under 7MB and in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, or WebP). The app automatically converts and compresses most photos, including iPhone HEIC photos.
Keepsakes not saving to my gallery
Check that Baby Muse has permission to add photos to your library in your device settings under app permissions.
Milestone reminders aren't arriving
Reminders need notification permission and your baby's birthday (set in the Milestones tab or Settings). Opening the app refreshes the reminder schedule.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. You can manage or cancel from the Settings screen in the app, or in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
